The Solids Starter Pack is designed to make it easy for the busy parent to expose their baby to a wide variety of vegetables (and nutrients) from the moment they start solids.
Breastmilk and/or formula should still be considered the main source of calories and nutrients for your baby at this stage. This introductory phase to solids is meant to help them explore, try and expand their taste palettes.
